We are proud to have a diverse group of members as part of our club. We are a not-for-profit and rely on membership fees, sponsorship and fundraising to exist. Our umpires are members of the Club who have volunteered their time and skills to help us all play fairly on the court. Please respect them.

In order to keep a positive, happy and successful club, our members hold certain responsibilities. These include:

On the court

​

• Keep nails short and smooth during game play (no exceptions)

• Remove all jewellery (only wedding rings and medical bracelets are allowed if taped)

• Please be at the venue 10-15 min earlier for warming up and setting up the team

• Be ready to play when game starts

• Learn the rules properly

• Respect both umpire's decisions

• Respect all players on court and exercise fairness and consideration at all times

Off the court

​

• Read and familiarise yourself with the Club's Constitution, Code of Conduct and Privacy Policy

• Your fees keep the club afloat so make sure you pay when requested

• Your captain needs to plan for each game so respond swiftly to emails and Bokat invitations if you can

• If you would like to discuss any concerns you have within the club, please bring these directly to the committee

This is a volunteer organisation, we are all obliged to take reasonable responsibility for each other, our venues and ourselves. Please take good care of our equipment, tidy up after yourselves and if you can help us to manage and organise the club, let the committee know.
